For organizations that maintain their own networks....
- A small piece of software called an on-site manager is
installed on a server in your network, sometimes a workstation
if your network is smaller than 10 devices.
- The on-site manager collects data from devices on your
network every 5 minutes.
- Data is forwarded to the Central Dashboard where you can
easily monitor the health and other important security and
performance information.
- Devices are collected into logical groups and we associate
them with a best practices template for that device. You can
then monitor WMI, SNMP and Syslog events.
- If a device falls outside what is defined as normal by our
template, an alert will then be e-mailed to your technicians for
action and remediation.
- You can run reports at any time.
